Trail Running calendar near Staveley 2026-2027

A short BOFRA fell race in Kettlewell featuring a steep 170 m climb, skyline running to a cairn and a fast descent over scree. Parking and registration are at the cricket field with a small parking charge.

Classic Lake District fell race from Howtown Bobbin Mill, testing runners over 13.3 miles with about 1400 m of climb across rugged terrain. Entry is on the day for £8 and limited to 100 starters so arrive early.

MacTuffX Leeds is an interval based running event featuring solo and team formats. Participants alternate between repeated 400 meter or 800 meter segments in a high intensity environment designed for adults.

Tackle the Coppice fell race in Accrington on Tue 9 Jun 2026, a spirited 6.6 km course with 310 m of climb starting from the Whitakers Arms. Day entry only means it is ideal for last minute plans and teams are welcome.

Two circular off-road races around Kirkby Fleetham on 9 June 2026, with 5 km and 10 km courses that are mostly flat and fully waymarked. Entries run from 6 March to 7 June; fees are £10 and £15 and both races are open to ages 16 and above.
