A muddy obstacle-course event in Brentwood on 5 September 2026 with 1.5 km and 5 km options, on-course obstacles, foam and water features, finish-line wash facilities and family-friendly arrangements.

An 81 mile single loop ultra on the Bunyan Way in Bedfordshire with a 24 hour cutoff, 1,219 metres of climb and seven aid stations. The runnable country route features live tracking, medical cover and a bespoke finisher medal and T shirt.

A trail running event in Alton on 12 September 2026 offering a 10 km trail and a 2 mile fun run. The route uses gravel tracks and woodland trails and passes through the grounds of Alton Castle; medals for all finishers.

A 50 mile circular ultramarathon through the Lincolnshire Wolds starting from Swallow Village Hall. The course gains about 1,370 m of elevation, features four aid stations, an 18 hour cut off and limited entry for 150 runners.

A Peak District trail event at Bakewell Showground offering three routes that follow the Monsal Trail and River Derwent, with chip timing, water stations and a finisher medal.

Tackle the Ilam Three Peaks fell race on Sun 13 Sep 2026 in the Peak District, a punchy 6.4 km route with 520 m of climb across classic fell terrain. Pre entry required, so book early for this steep, scenic challenge.

A 10 km trail race in Sandridge, St Albans on 13 September 2026, starting and finishing at Sandridge Primary School playing field. Organizers publish route information and FAQs, and the event is supported by Sandridge Parish Council.

TrailFest at Holdenby House offers four traffic free trail distances inside a private estate, with routes on farm tracks, field edges and through a small wood, plus rolling hills and open countryside views.
