The courses are relatively flat, marked with directional signage, and use primarily asphalt surfaces. Course surface details list the Half Marathon as 98% asphalt and 2% single-track. Aid stations are provided every 2 to 4 miles with fresh fruit, salty snacks, candy, water, and Skratch electrolyte drink; runners are advised to carry at least 20 oz of water between stations. The event operates a cupless policy and requests participants bring their own fluid container; a Hydrapak SpeedCup is available for purchase at check-in.

Race logistics note that bib and shirt pick-up occur at Hellyer County Park on race day and that shirts are guaranteed if registration is completed at least 10 business days before the event. Parking fee is $6 per vehicle. The Half Marathon course is USATF certified (CA21023TEB). Results are timed with MyLaps bib tags using Gun Time and are published frequently. Awards include shirts for pre-registered entrants, custom finisher medals, and awards plus race credits for top overall finishers and age-group medals.
