Zombie Trail Fun Run

The Zombie Trail Fun Run is a themed trail event at Camp Anderson in Tyrone, PA on October 24, 2026. The course is an approximately 2 mile loop around the grounds of Camp Anderson. The event is untimed and includes designated Zombie Zones where participants assigned as zombies attempt to take runners' flags.

There are two participant roles: runners who wear a flag belt and try to finish with as many flags intact, and zombies who occupy zones to try to remove flags. Costume use is encouraged for both runners and zombies, with the requirement that runners must wear a flag belt and an official bib. Photographers may be stationed along the course and images may be used by the event.

Standard event rules apply: direct and deliberate physical contact is prohibited, weapons are not permitted, no drugs or alcohol are allowed on the property, and pets are not permitted. Volunteers and event staff will be on site to enforce course boundaries and safety. There is no official timing; participants may self-time if they choose.

Registration includes a short sleeve shirt in youth and adult sizes, with a clothes size guarantee for registrations submitted by October 9, 2026. Day of registration is available for cash or check only and shirt availability is limited. Zombie registrations are limited. Proceeds benefit the Tyrone-Snyder Public Library and Camp Anderson.
