Yellow Belly 100 - Race overview
The Yellow Belly 100 is a 100 mile ultramarathon held as a single continuous loop through the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The event is scheduled for 27 March 2027 and is based at Swallow Village Hall, Lincolnshire LN7 6DL. The course accumulates about 8,000 ft (approximately 2,438 m) of ascent and descent and follows sections of the Viking Way and local village routes.
The race uses six fully stocked aid stations along the route. A hard cut-off of 36 hours applies to all entrants. Entry is limited to 150 runners and the published entry fee is £150. Organizers specify a mandatory kit list, race day information, and a participant waiver. Organizers recommend early registration and a pre-race kit check to ensure compliance with requirements.
Parking at Swallow Village is limited; additional parking is available about 200 m from the start at the Swallow Inn and organizers request car sharing to reduce congestion. Finishers who complete the course within the cut-off receive a bespoke finisher medal and a Yellow Belly Pale Ale. Prizes are awarded to the first three male and first three female finishers.
