The Wild in the Woods trail race takes place on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at Broemmelsiek Park, Hilltop Shelter, 1795 Hwy Dd, Defiance, MO 63341. The event offers two trail distances:

The race is the second event in the Big River Trail Series, a points competition that requires participation in three of six series events. A 10% discount is offered when registering for the full Trail Series by 11:59 AM on November 2, 2025.
