Registration closes on Thu, Jun 11 at 11:59 PM ET. This is a private, timed event with a 10-hour cutoff. Entry fees are non-refundable if the event is canceled, including for inclement weather. Deferrals require contact with the race director. Unregistered participants are not allowed.

Course and logistics

The marked route uses a 10-mile full loop of the park. Flagging on course will use red ribbon and yellow arrows. Elevation gain is listed as 1,400 ft per loop. Trekking poles are allowed and participants are asked to bring them.

Packet pickup will not be available the day before the race; bib pickup occurs the morning of the event. Runners must wear bibs on the front of their shirt or shorts and keep them visible. Aid station provisions include basic food (pickles, cereal, pretzels, candy, fruit, bacon), hydration (water, Tailwind, a variety of sodas), and first aid supplies. If a runner withdraws, they should notify staff. Medals are handmade pottery pieces by BlueGill Pottery; each medal is unique. Race results will be posted online and race photos will be available about one week after the event. No dogs or strollers are allowed on course unless a special exception is granted.
