Wibbly Wobbly Log Jog - High Lodge, Thetford Forest
The 26th Wibbly Wobbly Log Jog is a trail run held at High Lodge, Thetford Forest in Breckland. The course is approximately five miles and runs on off-road forest tracks and paths. The event is based at High Lodge Forest Centre and uses chipped timing. A finishers medal is provided.

Competitors must be 16 or over on the day of the event. Dogs are not permitted and pushchairs are prohibited because the course is not suitable and may present a hazard to other runners. Earphones, including bone-conductive earphones, are not permitted while running; runners who disregard these rules may be disqualified. Participants should be generally fit to run five miles and should be properly hydrated and nourished on the day.
