Event details

Registration closes 14 January 2026 at 12:00. Entry fee is £7.00 plus a £0.50 processing fee. There will be no on-the-day entry and no guest runners. All pre-registered race numbers will be sorted by club; only team captains may collect these numbers.

Entrants must select their gender and the correct team when entering. Affiliated runners must provide their Welsh Athletics URN at entry; entrants without a URN will be contacted to pay an additional £2.
