Entry and race information
All race numbers will be sorted into clubs, so only team captains can collect numbers to save time. There will be no on-the-day entry and no guest runners. Entrants must select gender and the correct team when entering. Affiliated runners must enter their Welsh Athletics URN during registration to receive the discounted entry; without this they will pay the regular price and it cannot be retrospectively discounted.
