The Pendine Sands Races take place on 5 April 2026 at Pendine Sands, with the start and finish next to Barnacles Cafe, Sea View, Pendine (what3words: steepest.daisy.leafing). Distances

Course and facilities
The course is entirely on the beach and uses a marked out-and-back loop of 3.28 miles (5.28 km). There are four self-serve water stations: at the start/finish, at the 2.5 km midpoint (used twice), and at the full course turning point (5.28 km). The event is cup-free; competitors must bring a reusable cup.
Entry, rules and logistics
Entry fees listed are: 5k £25, 10k £30, Half Marathon £35, Marathon £45, Ultra £55. Race numbers are available for collection only at the start location on race day. Registrations are non-refundable; entries may be transferred or deferred up to four weeks before the event.
