Weld Your Mettle Running Festival

Weld Your Mettle takes place on a private 146 acre property near Eaton, Colorado, at 11586 Co Rd 80. The site features on site camping and a glamping tent option. Event amenities include a sauna, cold plunges, entertainment, food, drinks, a movie screening, and bonfires.

Races use a loop course described in the materials both as a 2 mile groomed dirt loop and as a 4 mile loop used for lap based events. Several distances and formats are offered, including trail and timed formats, relay teams, and a virtual option. Time cutoffs vary by event and include shorter cutoffs for single distance races and longer cutoffs for multi hour or multi day timed events.

• Relay formats and a 36 hour timed event and 36 hour virtual race

Specific participation notes from the event description: the 7K ruck requires a 35 pound weighted vest. Relay team registration is set up during registration; the first team member creates a team name and password and teammates register and pay individually.
