Key rules: the event is chip timed and runners must wear the timing chip correctly; pacers are not allowed; crew assistance is allowed only in designated crew areas; cutting the course, littering, or entering the course off-route can result in disqualification; dogs are not permitted. Camping is allowed in a designated race area with city rules on stakes and pop-up weights; about 20 permitted RV spots are available for an additional fee that is donated to the City of Loveland.
