Into the Hills Eltuck 5k is one race in a four-race midweek trail series held in August 2026 at Lory State Park - Eltuck Picnic Area in Bellvue, Colorado. The series is organized by Gnar Runners and uses chip timing with series points awarded for each race. Top series finishers receive awards. Registrants may choose a free vintage Gnar race shirt from previous events, subject to availability.

The series includes both valley and hill courses. There is no on-course aid. Two permanent toilets are available at the start/finish; additional park restrooms are located along specific courses.

Logistics, rules and fees

Parking begins at the Eltuck Picnic Area with overflow directed to nearby Spur Road. Bibs have pre-attached timing chips and may be reused for multiple races in the series. Purposeful littering and off-trail shortcuts are prohibited. Dogs are not allowed on the course. No mechanical aids without prior approval. If a vehicle does not display an annual Colorado State Parks pass, a $10 day pass is required. Entry fees vary by date and age, with discounted pricing for ages 17 and under.
