Distances include:
- 300 miles

The course mixes paved trails and dirt single track, passing lakes and wooded areas. Wildlife such as deer and a buffalo herd may be encountered on the route. The 25K follows paved trails for the opening and final sections with a central dirt loop, passing the Tour de Wolf aid station twice and running near parked cars around Mile 3 and Mile 9.5.
Aid stations are placed around the 33.4 mile loop. Key stations include an unmanned water stop near Mile 10.8, a crewed Tour de Wolf aid station with drop bag access near Miles 20.8 and 27.0, and the Hyde Lake start/finish aid station with crew access and drop bag support at loop completion. Some aid stations provide cots and sleep stations.
Rules address pacing, crewing, and equipment. Pacers are permitted for the 300, 200, and 100 mile distances with limits on number and duties; pacers may not carry a runner's gear. Drop bags are allowed only at specified aid stations. Live tracking is provided for the 300, 200, and 100 mile races. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
