Packet pickup is scheduled for the day before the event at the Hyde Lake Pavilion Aid Station inside the park, and continues on race days. The event has specific rules regarding crew access, drop bags, and pacers, which differ for each race distance. Pacers are permitted for the 300-mile, 200-mile, and 100-mile distances only, and they must follow strict guidelines against assisting runners outside of designated aid stations. Live tracking is provided for the 300-mile and 200-mile races.
