Tulsa Urban Adventure

The Tulsa Urban Adventure is an urban multi-loop running event held in Tulsa, Oklahoma on September 26, 2026. The event begins and ends at RunnersWorld Tulsa, 3920 S. Peoria, Tulsa, OK, and uses a 25 mile loop with a 1.2 mile out-and-back added for the marathon distance. The cutoff for finishing any distance is 34 hours.

Distances offered:

• Marathon (26.2 miles)
• 50 miles
• 75 miles
• 100 miles

The course is not marked. Each participant receives a map and turn-by-turn directions that must be carried during the run. Terrain is generally flat to gently rolling and sidewalks are used for most of the route. Much of the course runs next to or on streets that remain open to traffic, so runners are expected to take care at crossings and where vehicles or pedestrians are present.

Aid is available primarily at QuikTrip stores located about every 2 to 3 miles; runners receive a QuikTrip card for purchases. A staffed aid station at RunnersWorld Tulsa provides water, sports drink and simple food items. Runners should plan to be partly self-reliant by carrying food, cash, or arranging crew support.

Rules note pacers are allowed only after the first lap (after the 25 mile point). Crews may assist on course except by moving a runner forward. Mandatory items to carry include a cell phone, the provided direction sheet, about $25 cash, and at least one water bottle or hydration pack of minimum 20 oz.
