The event takes place at River West Festival Park, utilizing the paved river trail and requiring runners to navigate physical fatigue and sleep deprivation. Participants can rest between runs in their cars or set up tents on-site.

The event includes provided meals and snacks, along with water and Gatorade. Each participant receives an event shirt, and finishers earn a coveted coffin award. Registration is limited to 300 participants, with a waitlist available.
