Course and logistics

The 12.5K course combines Lubell Park, Mooser Hollow, and Bales Park. The 25K runners complete the same loop twice in the same direction. The 5K route is just over 6K (about 3.7 miles). All running will be counterclockwise. 12.5K and 25K runners cross Union Avenue during the course; the road remains open to traffic and runners are responsible for crossing safely while following signs and volunteer instructions.

Aid stations are located at the start/finish area and at points along the course - at the Lubell-Mooser connection and near Union Avenue for the longer races. Runners are advised to be prepared to carry enough water to cover 3-4 miles between refills. Packet pickup is available at Runnersworld Tulsa and at the start/finish area on race day. Parking is available at Remington Elementary School near Lubell Park. Volunteers receive a discount coupon from Runnersworld Tulsa. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
