Escape from Turkey Mountain is a long-standing trail running event held annually in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with its origins dating back to 2004. Taking place at the Turkey Mountain Urban Wilderness, a rugged 300-acre park near downtown Tulsa, the race offers two distances: a challenging 5-mile course and a shorter, less technical 2-mile course. Both races start and finish at the lower parking lot of Turkey Mountain.

The event features a three-wave start to reduce trail congestion and provides participants with a race t-shirt and finisher medal. Post-race festivities include a cookout with hamburgers, hotdogs, and beer for those 21 and over. It is the final race in the "Turkey Triple" series of trail races held throughout the year.
