Ultra-Trail Grizedale is a two-day trail running event held at Bowkerstead Farm, Satterthwaite, Ulverston, in Grizedale Forest, Lake District. The weekend includes camping, BBQs, music, an outdoor bar and a series of talks.

The event features two distinct races. Saturday is an eight hour Trail Relay where participants complete as many laps of a scenic, technical forest loop as possible within the eight hour period. Formats offered are Solo, Pairs and Team Relay for teams of three, four or five. Sunday is a 22 km Trail Race run as individuals. The 22 km distance is made up of two laps; pair and team results are produced by combining individual times.

Entries open on 21 January 2026 and close on 6 June 2026. The minimum age to enter is 16. Organiser details are provided by Lakota Expeditions. The event includes camping for weekend ticket holders, fully marked and marshalled routes, professional live timing and medical support, hot showers and wash up facilities, external catering vendors, an Inov 8 stand with demo shoes and promotional products, talks, and medals and prizes.
