The Ultra Sweaty Santa is a free, timed endurance event held in Devils Elbow, Missouri. The event offers flexible participation windows on a six-hour format with options to run for 30 minutes, 3 hours, or the full 6 hours. Registration closes Friday, July 10.

The course uses a shaded crushed-gravel loop that measures six miles, with a three-mile loop option also available. The route runs alongside the Big Piney River near Old Route 66. There are two aid stations on the course: one fully stocked and one offering water only; participants are advised to bring a portable hydration device. After the event, a private beach behind the Elbow Inn is available for cooling off.

The event accepts donations to benefit Operation Christmas Child and allows participants to bring packed shoeboxes for donation. Prizes are planned for best costume and for the overall male and female competitors with the most miles. For those using the longer loop, there is an additional prize for the runners who traverse the large hill at the turnaround the most times.
