Frog Hill Half/10k/5k and Frog Hill Challenge
The event in Waynesville, MO includes road races on and around Frog Hill and the Roubidoux River banks. Distances offered include:

The Leapfrog 5k is chip timed and uses a flat, out-and-back course that finishes in Waynesville Park. The 10k and half marathon begin near East Elementary and finish at Waynesville Park; shuttles return participants to the start area. Course routing provides a downhill segment past Frog Rock and runs along the Roubidoux where fall colors are visible in the Ozarks.
Packet pickup is provided in Waynesville Park on the day before the main races, with race morning pickup available at the FEMA shelter behind East Elementary. Food and a Fall Fest are scheduled at the park after the Saturday races. Children aged 6 to 18 can register free using the code ACTIVEKIDS; free registrants do not receive a shirt but will receive a medal. Shirts are not guaranteed for registrations submitted after 2026-09-01. An additional Route 66 challenge is offered for a separate fee and links results from this event with two other area races, providing an embroidered vest for completers.
