Frog Hill Half/10k/5k and Frog Hill Challenge, Waynesville, MO

This event is a two day road race weekend on Friday and Saturday, October 2 and 3, 2026, held in Waynesville, Missouri. It includes a Friday evening 5k and multiple races on Saturday, with start and finish areas in Waynesville Park and behind East Elementary School. The courses run along the banks of the Roubidoux River and pass the local landmark Frog Rock, offering views of Ozarks fall colors.

The Leapfrog 5k is chip timed and described as a flat out and back course located in Waynesville Park. The 10k and half marathon start near East Elementary and finish at Waynesville Park, with shuttle service available to return runners to the start area. Packet pickup is available on the Friday before the races at Waynesville Park and on race morning at the FEMA shelter behind East Elementary.

There is a Frog Hill Challenge that awards a third medal to participants who run the Friday 5k and one of the Saturday distances. Children ages 6 to 18 can register free with the code ACTIVEKIDS and will receive a medal but not a shirt. Shirt availability is not guaranteed for registrations after September 1, 2026. Multi-distance ultrarun in Waynesville, MO on August 15 to 16, 2026 featuring a 10 mile out and back loop through Ozark gravel and rolling hills. Entries support the OneSolePurpose shoe project.

A backyard ultra at Lions Club Park in Rolla, Missouri, run on a 4.167 miles loop completed each hour until one runner outpaces the rest. Daytime laps use a wooded dirt trail and night laps use a paved creekside route.
