Frog Hill Half/10k/5k and Frog Hill Challenge
The event in Waynesville, MO includes multiple chip timed road races that follow sections along the banks of the Roubidoux River. Runners pass Frog Rock and open views of fall foliage in the Ozarks. The program features a family friendly 5k in Waynesville Park, a 10k and a half marathon that finish in the park, and a combined Frog Hill Challenge that awards a third medal to participants who complete the Friday 5k plus a Saturday distance.

Packet pickup is available in Waynesville Park on the day before the main races and on race morning at the FEMA shelter behind East Elementary School. Shuttles run to return runners to the start area after the finish. The Friday 5k includes postrace food. Children ages 6 to 18 can register free with the code ACTIVEKIDS and will receive a medal though shirts are not included with the free child registration. Shirts are not guaranteed for registrations after 2026-09-18. An additional Route 66 challenge option is available for a fee and links this event with two other races, with an embroidered vest awarded for completion.
