Frog Hill Half Marathon/Tadpole 10k
Healthy Futures Pulaski County hosts the Frog Hill events at Waynesville East Elementary in Waynesville, Missouri on Saturday, October 3, 2026. The courses run along the banks of the Roubidoux River and through parts of the Ozarks. The route surface is described as half packed gravel and half pavement. The half marathon course includes a climb known as Superior Hill.
An associated Leapfrog 5k takes place the Friday night before the main events. Completing the Leapfrog 5k in conjunction with the Frog Hill event earns additional medals as part of the Frog Hill Challenge.
