Frog Hill Half/10k/5k and Frog Hill Challenge

This event set in Waynesville, Missouri is organized by Frog Fitness Group and uses Waynesville Park (216 Olive Street) and East Elementary (1501 State Road F) as key locations. Races follow local roads and trails near the Roubidoux River.

The Leapfrog 5k is held on the Friday evening before the main races and is chip timed on an out-and-back course that is described as flat. The 10k and Half Marathon start behind East Elementary and finish in Waynesville Park. There are shuttles to return participants to the start area after the finish.

Packet pickup is available the day before in Waynesville Park, with additional race day pickup on the morning of the main races. The 5k concludes with food for participants, and Fall Fest takes place after the Saturday races. The course runs along the banks of the Roubidoux, offering views of Frog Rock and seasonal foliage in the Ozarks.

Completing the Friday 5k plus one of the Saturday distances earns a third medal as part of the Frog Hill Challenge. An optional Route 66 challenge is available for $30 and involves running a distance at Frog Hill plus distances at two other events, with an embroidered vest awarded on completion.
