Frog Hill Half/10k/5k and Frog Hill Challenge
The Frog Hill events take place in Waynesville, Missouri on October 3, 2026, with the Leapfrog 5k held the evening before. Organized by Frog Fitness Group, the weekend offers multiple race distances and a combined Frog Hill Challenge for participants who complete the Leapfrog 5k plus a 10k or half marathon.

The Leapfrog 5k is chip timed and follows a flat out and back course in Waynesville Park. The 10k and half marathon begin near East Elementary and finish at Waynesville Park, with shuttles provided to return participants to the start area. Course routing leads along the banks of the Roubidoux River and includes views of Frog Rock and fall foliage in the Ozarks.
Packet pickup is available on the day before and on race morning. Children aged 6 to 18 may register free using the code ACTIVEKIDS; no shirt is included but the child will receive a medal. Shirts are not guaranteed for registrations after September 1, 2026. An optional Route 66 series entry is offered for an additional fee that links several events and awards an embroidered vest for series completion.
