TutHell 50K is a running event in Sioux Falls, SD, scheduled for May 2, 2026. The race distance is 50K. Registration opens February 1, 2026. Course and race format
The course is a 0.31-mile loop on Tut Hill to be completed 100 times. Each loop includes about 90 feet of elevation gain and 90 feet of elevation loss. Runners start near the large tree by the hilltop bathrooms, follow single track down to the flat grassy section, and return up the right side of the hill to the two small trees before the next loop. The route will be well marked and a route map is provided.
Support and logistics
Trekking poles are allowed. No teams are permitted. All entrants are expected to remain until the last runner has either dropped out or missed the 12-hour cutoff. There will be a fully stocked aid station at the top of the hill by the bathrooms and storm shelter. Runners are encouraged to bring their own fueling.
