Trails to Hope Turkey Trot takes place on November 22, 2025, in Belmont, Michigan, at Cannonsburg Ski Area (6800 Cannonsburg Rd.). The 10K course consists of two loops of the 5K course. The 3 hour events are based on completing as many loops as possible within a three hour time limit. Teams of two compete in a relay format.

Included with entry are a long sleeve shirt, a post-race snack, and a handmade wooden finisher medal. There is one aid station on the course with water and some packaged snacks. All finishers receive a unique medal. Awards are given to overall top Female and Male and to top Female and Male Masters in the 5K and 10K, plus top age group finishers in these categories: 19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and over 70.
