Trails 4 Miles - Sherando Park

Trails 4 Miles is a multi-event race day held on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at Sherando Park mountain bike trails in Stephens City, Virginia. The event combines running and mountain biking across paved paths and wooded trail sections and is entering its seventh year.

Event distances include:

4 Miles mixed-surface trail race. Registration fee $25.
1 Mile out and back on the paved Sherando Park path, untimed. Registration fee $15.
5.3 Miles mountain bike time trial with individual starts. Registration fee $30.

The One Mile Fun Run/Walk is untimed and will use a paved out and back course with a course marshal at the turnaround point. The Mountain Bike Time Trial is a new addition for 2026 and will be run as a timed, individual-start format on the park's mountain bike trails. Race day registration and packet pickup are available at the race start and finish area. Proceeds from the events benefit the I'm Just Me Movement, an organization supporting confidence, inclusion, and self acceptance in the community.
