Trail Raiser Community Hike 2026

Trail Raiser Community Hike takes place on June 6, 2026 in Mobile and is organized by the East Coast Trail Association. The event raises funds to support the 336 km East Coast Trail with a fundraising target of CAD 100,000. Raised funds are used to maintain bridges, clear storm damage, and keep trails open and accessible.

Registration opens in early April 2026 and is handled on Zeffy. Every registered participant receives a personal fundraising page. Registered hikers are entered in prize draws; every CAD 50 raised earns one additional draw entry. Timed TrailRacer events require a separate timed registration on UltraSignUp and an additional fee, which must be completed before race day.

Key logistics and rules: do not park at trailheads; limited parking is available at Mobile High School and overflow parking with shuttle service is provided. The event is pet free on site and on shuttles, though service animals are welcome. Participants under 18 need a parent or guardian to accept the event waiver. Credit card donations made online may generate tax receipts for donations of CAD 20 or more; cash donations are not accepted on event day.
