TPK Endurance
Payson, United States • 27-28 Mar 2026
Event Overview
TPK Endurance is a two-person team endurance race presented by Two Punk Kids. The event starts and is based at The Old Superior High School in Superior, Arizona. Teams have 30 hours to complete the event.
The Challenge
From the start, teams must move non-stop, covering an unknown total distance. Along the way, they must complete a series of unknown tasks. These tasks can include skill-based challenges, mental puzzles, problem-solving, and strength-based movements. Past events have required skills like basic navigation, swimming, climbing, carrying heavy and awkward weight, and solving a Rubik's Cube. Teams should also expect a pre-race challenge and may need to learn a new skill before the event.
Teams
A team consists of two people. It can be two males, two females, or one male and one female (mixed). Each person must register and pay separately. An option is available for individuals to register and be matched with a teammate.
Required Gear
A full gear list is released one month before the race. Basic required items include a backpack or ruck, a Rubik’s Cube, a hydration bladder, a headlamp, a basic first aid kit, sufficient food for over 30 hours, a basic watch (no GPS or step counter allowed), a compass, glow sticks, a safety whistle, a multi-tool or knife, and pen and paper. For safety, one cell phone per team is required to be carried in the pack but is for emergency use only; using it ends the team's race. GPS devices, radios, and calculators are prohibited.
Course and Conditions
The course incorporates the natural terrain. Parts of the trail may be marked, while other portions could require map and compass navigation. The weather and conditions can vary, including heat, cold, and wet conditions. Medics are available during the race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
