Zane Grey Highline Trail Runs
The Zane Grey Highline Trail Runs take place near Christopher Creek, Arizona. The 37th annual event is scheduled for Saturday April 24, 2027 and is hosted on the 70 acre Mountain Meadow Ranch property.
Courses use maintained sections of the Highline Trail and avoid the burn area of Hell's Gate. The event offers two trail ultramarathon distances and includes multiple stream crossings and extended views across the Mogollon Rim on the southern edge of the Colorado Plateau.
The longer course includes a high proportion of singletrack and significant climbing. The shorter course preserves much of the same terrain while omitting the final segment of the 50 mile route.
