Pine Trail Run

The Pine Trail Run takes place in Pine, Arizona on May 2, 2026. The event is hosted by Pine Strawberry Fuel Reduction (PSFR), a nonprofit organization, in partnership with GhostHead Productions. Courses run along the Mogollon Rim at about 6000 ft elevation and are mostly on trails built and maintained by the PSFR trail crew and the Arizona Trail Association.

The 5K finishes at the Pine Trailhead. The 10 mile and 50K finish at a barn in Pine. Each race is limited to 100 runners. The event is supported by volunteers and by local nonprofit organizations including Pine/Strawberry C.E.R.T, Tonto Amateur Radio Association, and Gila County Emergency Management Communications.

There is free camping in the Tonto National Forest adjacent to the parking area and venue camping for a nominal fee. A shuttle service operates between start and finish areas for participants and spectators. Results and past years' results are maintained for reference, and registration for the 2026 race is open.
