Rules include no littering, no poles (exceptions for medical circumstances require contact with race staff), no alcohol in the park, and leashed dogs only with waste removal required. Personal music devices are allowed with headphones at a safe volume. Course markings will be explained in a pre-race briefing, and runners must follow the marked course. Awards include first, second, and third places for women, men, and non-binary competitors, plus a handmade finisher award and a stage-specific sticker.
