Entries are managed by Nice Work Race Management. The event is held under an ARC licence (ARC/25/0505). On-the-day entry, subject to availability, is listed as £25 with card payments only. Included for finishers are a bespoke medal, a T-shirt and goody bag. Trophies and prizes are awarded to leading runners.

Course and logistics

The route is a single lap through Limpsfield Common and the High Chart woodlands. The course is almost entirely off-road on tracks, footpaths and bridleways, with a brief 200 m stretch along a country lane. The route starts flat, then climbs moderately through a series of slopes with no major hills. A flat inner loop reaches a water station at about 5.5 km, after which the course is mostly downhill back to the start. The course does not include Titsey Hill and is not suitable for wheelchairs or buggies.

Race HQ is at Limpsfield Chart Golf Club, Westerham Road, Oxted, RH8 0SL. Nearest motorway access is M25 junction 6. Off-road parking is available at Plummers Arms Allotment and at the British Legion, both about a five minute walk from Race HQ. Oxted railway station is about a 20 minute walk.
