Courses
- Half Marathon
- 10K
Both races begin and end at the Tiadaghton State Forest Resource Management Center just outside Waterville. The 10K is a loop that uses the Pine Creek Rail Trail, the Old Wagon Road, the Gleason Trail (about 0.75 miles of steep ascent), and the Tiadaghton Trail before returning along PA-44 to the resource center. The half marathon follows the 10K route for part of the course, adds a new roughly 2-mile loop to the highest point of Huntley Mountain, and includes the Eiger Trail (about a 1,000 ft climb), the Log Slide Trail descent, a section on Lower Pine Bottom, the Wolf Path (about an 800 ft climb), and the Middle Hill Trail back to the DCNR building.
Proceeds
All proceeds benefit a memorial scholarship fund that selects at least one graduating senior from Jersey Shore Area High School to receive a financial scholarship each year. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
