Maryville, United States • 6 Jun 2026

Event

The Three Sisters Ultra Festival is a timed trail event held in the Maryville College Woods in Maryville, Tennessee. The festival offers relay teams and individual timed options on a looped trail course. The event includes live music and other on-site activities such as a nine-hole disc golf option.

Course and distances

The course is a 2-mile loop that starts and ends at the McArthur Pavilion. Aid and a fireplace are available each loop, and runners may set up a personal aid area under the pavilion or in the surrounding yard.

Distances and equivalents by loops:

  • 24-hour, 12-hour, and 6-hour timed events
  • 50K = 16 loops
  • 100K = 31 loops
  • 100 miles = 50 loops

The event is part of Tennessee’s Double Ultra Festival; competitors who complete both designated 24-hour races receive two medals designed to fit a custom frame.

Logistics

Packet pickup is available the evening before the race at Maryville College McArthur Pavilion (5:00-7:00 pm) and on race morning after 6:00 am. Items will not be mailed. Registration closes on June 6 at 11:59 pm ET.

Aid station access is limited to runners and pacers. Pacers can pick up a bib at packet pickup and must wear it while pacing. The event uses chip timing; bibs should be worn on the front and not folded so chips read correctly. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
