The Haw Ridge Trail Race takes place on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 299 Old Edgemoor Drive, Oak Ridge, TN (36.009670 N, -84.169004 W). The event includes the following distances:

Registration fees are listed for each event and a Knoxville Track Club (KTC) member discount is accepted. The event has a no refunds and no bib transfers policy. Limited edition series T-shirts will be printed with one shirt allowed per runner per season. Results will be posted online on the event results page.
Course, aid and safety
The 8-mile course begins with some climbing, then follows trails through Haw Ridge Park with sections along the lake before returning to the start/finish. The kids course is almost entirely on trail and is approximately one mile. One aid station will be located roughly halfway at a lakeside picnic table; only a limited supply of very small cups will be available, so participants are advised to carry their own hydration. Rules include no headsets or earphones, no bicycles, baby strollers, roller blades or pets on the course. Runners under 12 must be accompanied by an adult to enter the adult race. An 18:00-per-mile minimum pace will be enforced and a sweeper will remove slower participants. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
