Event Details
The Slothful Run is part of the 7 Deadly Sins race series. Participants can select their own target distance from 5k (2 laps), 10k, Half Marathon, Marathon, or Ultra. There is a 7-hour time limit to complete the chosen distance. The event is open to walkers and runners.
The Course
The course is a 2.5 km off-road loop within the grounds of Pengethley Manor near Ross-on-Wye. It features varied terrain, including a hill that is encountered on each lap and a series of ascents and descents through two vineyards.
Virtual Option
A virtual option is available for runners who cannot attend the event day. Participants can run their chosen distance (minimum 5k) at any time during the month of January.
Entry Options
- Race entry fee: £29.00.
- Virtual UK entry fee: £25.00.
- Virtual international entry fee: £39.00.
- A charity entry option exists with a £10.00 entry fee, which requires raising a minimum amount for charity.
- Participants can join a Strava club and run virtually for free to be listed in the results, but this does not include a finisher's medal.
Finisher's Medal
A unique finisher's medal themed around the Seven Deadly Sins is awarded for paid entries.
