Entries can be individual or as a team of up to four people. The organiser allows multiple deferrals for pregnancy and for adoption timelines, and has indicated the event will be held on a bi-annual basis (2026, 2028 and so on).

Race services included with entry list online entry, live results, GPS tracking, chip timing by KitST, drop bags conveyed to checkpoints, a professional medic team, supportive marshals, water stations en route, free parking, participant insurance, and access to route recce meetings. There are generous cut-offs, a medal for every finisher, prizes for the top three and a time on feet award.

The event states an inclusion policy welcoming women, femme-presenting runners, trans men and non-binary runners. Additional provisions include period products in every toilet and a breastfeeding or chest feeding area arranged on request. The 2026 event is partnered with Trail Goddess and a prize draw offers a Trail Goddess kit worth around £130. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
