The race follows an 8K loop with the start and finish located at the Redwood Shelter (2300 Cameron Park Dr, Waco, TX 76708). A 6:00 PM cutoff applies to all events. Course and services

The course uses several trails within the Cameron Park trail system and is run on rooty and rocky single-track trails. Elevation gain is listed as 450 feet per 8K loop. The event provides aid station food and hydration, course marking and support, photography, and on-site volunteers. Registered participants receive a tri-blend event tee (ordering by December 15 guarantees a shirt and/or size) and a wooden finisher medal. Awards are given 1st through 3rd place for male and female in all distances; the 50K includes a "DFL" award and the 10 Mile Ruck includes a locally made ruck patch.
