Course Details

The course uses dirt and rocky single track trails within Cameron Park. The 10-mile loop features about 1200 feet of elevation gain. The event is a no-cup race, requiring participants to carry their own water supply. A water-carrying system with a 16-ounce minimum capacity is required for all events except the 5K. For the 50K and 50-mile distances, a headlamp is required when it is dark outside.

Aid Stations

Aid stations along the course provide hot and cold foods, snacks, water, electrolytes, pickle juice, and ice. Water stations supply only water. The main aid station is at the start/finish and mile 10. Other stations are located at miles 5.5, 3.1, 7.5, and 8.

Awards
