The Red, White and Blue Half Marathon - Waco takes place at Indian Springs Park in Waco, Texas. All finishers in every distance receive a race T-shirt and a medal. For the chip-timed events (4 mile, 8 mile, and half marathon), overall male and female winners are awarded trophies. Age group awards are also provided in these categories, featuring gold, silver, and bronze pins for various brackets ranging from age 10 and under to 70 and over.

The event site includes a race rally tent where finishers can access snacks and bottled water. Aid stations are located along the route to provide water and assistance. A DJ provides music and announcements at the finish area, and results are available at the registration tent immediately following the race.
