Aid stations provide hot and cold foods, snacks, water, electrolytes, pickle juice, and ice; separate water-only stations are listed. No drop bags will be shipped due to the short loop size.
RUCK entries have weight requirements: 30 pounds for participants over 150 pounds, 20 pounds for those under 150 pounds. For the 50K and 50 mile distances, a headlamp is required when it is dark outside. Race gear and awards include event longsleeves, finisher medals for multiple distances, a 10 mile RUCK patch, first place awards by gender, and a Dead Freakin Last award for the 50K.
