The Down 'n Dirty Trail Run takes place on April 11, 2026, in Waco, TX. It is the second race in the Huaco Cuatro Trail Run Series. The event offers the following distances:

- 3K Trail Hike
Both courses run through the trails and rolling hills of Cameron Park, with trail names such as Powerline, Slinky, Mix Master, and Vortex. Dogs and baby joggers are not allowed on the course for safety reasons. Course maps are available for each distance.
Logistics, awards, and other details
Entry fees listed are $35 for the 3K Trail Hike and $40 for the 8K Trail Run; prices increase after March 15, 2026. Packet pickup locations are Waco Running Company (700 Franklin Ave, Waco, TX) on April 10, 2026, and the Northern Gateway Pavilion in Cameron Park on April 11, 2026. All participants must have a race bib to run; bibs and t-shirts are distributed at packet pickup and multiple packets may be picked up for others. T-shirt availability is guaranteed for registrants who are registered by March 30, 2026; after that shirts are first come, first served. All finishers receive a Huaco Cuatro Trail Run Series finisher medal. The 3K has no age-group awards. The 8K awards 1st overall male and female and 1st–3rd male and female in each 10-year age group.
