The Toughest 'N Texas Trail Runs take place in Cameron Park, located in Waco, Texas. The course follows the banks of the Brazos and Bosque Rivers, featuring a terrain primarily composed of single-track trails. For safety and logistics, each distance operates under a specific time limit, ranging from eight hours for the 5K to ten hours for the 50K. This is a cupless race, with aid stations positioned at consistent intervals of 2.25 miles, 4.0 miles, and 7.75 miles along the loops.
All participants receive a finisher medal and event merchandise. T-shirts and specific sizing are guaranteed for those who complete their registration by April 1. Awards are presented to the top three male and female finishers in both the Open and Masters categories, with Masters defined as runners aged 50 and over.
