The Proud Run takes place on 13th January 2026 at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye. It is part of the organiser’s 7 Deadly Sins series. Entrants choose a target distance and must complete it within a 7 hour time limit. The course is offroad and contained within the grounds of Pengethley Manor; each lap is 2.5 km and includes a hill and a series of up-and-down sections that run through two vineyards. The event is described as suitable for walkers and runners. The organiser’s terms state that entrants must be aged 18 or over.

Published fees include Race Entry £29.00, Virtual UK Entry £25.00, and Virtual International Entry £39.00. A deferral option is available for a fee of £15 up to four weeks before the event.
