The Proud Run takes place on 13 January 2026 and is part of the organiser's 7 Deadly Sins race series. Entrants choose one target distance and must complete it within a 7 hour limit. Distances offered include:

The event is at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). The course is offroad, contained within the manor grounds, and includes a hill plus a series of up-and-down sections through two vineyards. Each lap measures 2.5 km. The event is described as suitable for walkers and runners.
Entry, virtual option and facilities
Race entries are non-refundable. Standard fees listed are Race Entry £29.00, Virtual UK Entry £25.00 and Virtual International Entry £39.00. A charity entry option is available for £10.00 plus booking charges; this requires raising at least twice the entry fee value for the nominated charity, The PAM Foundation, with funds to be raised at least four weeks before the event. Entries may be deferred to the following year for a £15 fee up to four weeks before the event.
A virtual option is offered. Virtual entrants receive a personalised virtual bib and can be recorded on the results list; virtual and race medals are the same type and medals are posted after run verification. On race day there is free parking, free tea and coffee, sandwiches and soup, and toilets. Registration on the day is required to collect race bibs.
