The Proud Run takes place on 13th January 2026 at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye. It is part of the organiser’s 7 Deadly Sins series. Entrants choose a target distance and must complete it within a 7 hour time limit. The course is offroad and contained within the grounds of Pengethley Manor; each lap is 2.5 km and includes a hill and a series of up-and-down sections that run through two vineyards. Virtual entries can be completed remotely within the event period and entrants receive a personalised virtual bib by email as a keepsake. Entry fees are non-refundable. Published fees include Race Entry £29.00, Virtual UK Entry £25.00, and Virtual International Entry £39.00. A deferral option is available for a fee of £15 up to four weeks before the event.
