The More Miles Last One Standing Challenge is a backyard ultra held in Knoxville, Maryland, at 1600 Harpers Ferry Rd. This is the event's seventh annual running. Organizers offer two live event options that follow the backyard ultra format.
An official backyard yard measures 4.167 miles. Participants begin on the designated hour and must complete the yard before the hour ends to continue into the next hour. The overall winner is the last participant capable of completing the yard within the hour; the race ends when only one person finishes the required distance for an hour.

The 1-mile event runs for 24 hours initially; after 24 hours a tie-breaker protocol adds one additional mile per hour until a single participant remains. The event serves as a qualifier event for the Backyard Ultra world championship. Organizers state that prize money will be offered for both the Last One Standing Champion and The Assist; top challengers can earn payouts tied to total miles run. Official race miles only are eligible for prize calculations. Shirts are provided to all challengers and sizes are guaranteed for registrations completed by April 20, 2026; later registrations receive remaining sizes first come, first served.
