The Lusty Run is part of the 7 Deadly Sins race series. It takes place on Wednesday 14 January 2026 at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). Participants choose a target distance and must complete it within a seven-hour time limit. The course is offroad, contained within the manor grounds, and includes a hill plus a series of ups and downs that run through two vineyards. Each lap measures 2.5 km.

Logistics and entries

The event is open to walkers and runners; under-18s must be accompanied by an adult. Facilities on the day include free parking, free tea and coffee, sandwiches and soup, and toilets. Paid entries receive a physical medal; virtual participants receive a personalised virtual bib and may receive the same medal once their virtual run is verified. Virtual runs can be completed on any day during January with a minimum distance of 5k. Entry fees listed are: Race Entry £29.00, Virtual UK Entry £25.00, Virtual Overseas Entry £39.00.
