The Lusty Run takes place on 14 January 2026 at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). The course is offroad and runs entirely within the manor grounds. Each lap is 2.5 km and the route includes a hill on each lap plus a series of up-and-down sections through two vineyards. Entrants choose a target distance and must complete it within a seven hour time limit.

Entrants must be aged 18 and over and are responsible for ensuring they are fit and able to complete the chosen distance.

Entries, fees and on-day services

Entry types include in-person race entry and virtual entry. Stated entry fees are: Race Entry £29.00, Virtual UK Entry £25.00, Virtual Overseas Entry £39.00. All payments are non-refundable. Paid entries receive a medal; virtual medals are the same type and are posted after run verification. There is an option to enter via the organiser's Strava club at no cost; free entries are recorded on the results list but do not receive a medal.

A charity entry option is available for £10.00 subject to a minimum fundraising commitment of twice the entry fee and funds raised at least four weeks before the event. Other services on the day include free parking, free tea and coffee, sandwiches and soup, and toilets. Join the 12 Drummers Drumming Run on 18 December 2025 at Pengethley Manor, Ross on Wye for off road laps through vineyards with a cheeky hill each circuit. Pick a distance from 5k to ultra and enjoy a friendly walkers and runners vibe.

Celebrate early with The Early Christmas Present, a timed loop along the peaceful Stroud Waterways canal where you can run from 5k up to ultra on flat towpath. Limited places, bespoke finisher memento and virtual entry available.

Take on the 7 Sins and Immortal trail runs at Wenchford Picnic Site, a hilly, muddy winter course where 7 or 14 miles test your legs and grit. Canicross waves welcome, so come prepared for wet, icy and steep trails.
