The Lusty Run takes place on 14 January 2026 at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). It is part of the organiser’s 7 Deadly Sins race series. Entrants choose a target distance from the options below. Each lap is 2.5 km and participants have a total of seven hours to complete their chosen distance. The course is offroad, contained within the grounds of Pengethley Manor, and includes a hill on each lap plus a series of ups and downs through two vineyards. The event is open to both walkers and runners.

Entries, logistics and virtual option
Race entry fees are stated as Race £29.00, Virtual UK £25.00 and Virtual Overseas £39.00. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. A charity entry option is offered for a reduced entry fee of £10.00 that requires raising a minimum of twice the entry fee value and meeting fundraising deadlines. Race bibs are collected at registration; virtual entrants receive a personalised virtual bib by email before the event. Virtual runs may be completed on any day in January with a minimum distance of 5k; paid virtual results are verified before medals are posted. Onsite facilities listed include free parking, refreshments (tea, coffee, sandwiches and soup) and toilets. Personal cancellation insurance and a defer option are available under stated conditions.
