Course and venue
The Day Loop includes single-track trail, jeep road trail, and a little over one mile on road. The loop is described as 100% runnable with some mildly technical spots and two significant hills, with approximately 600 feet of elevation gain per loop. The Night Loop is an out-and-back course with north and south turnarounds and is about 75% paved road; runners are required to wear a headlamp and a reflective vest during night running. Both routes may include up to two creek crossings depending on rainfall.
The start/finish area and only aid station are at the Hillside pavilion near Ferne Clyffe Dam. The race provides water, ice, food, and hot food later in the event.
