The Greedy Run is part of the 7 Deadly Sins race series and takes place on 17 January 2026 at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). Entrants choose a target distance with a single overall time limit of seven hours to complete their chosen distance. The event is open to walkers and runners; under-18s must be accompanied by an adult.

Course and on-site facilities

The route is an offroad course contained within the grounds of Pengethley Manor. The organiser describes the course as very tough, with a short hill on each lap and a series of ups and downs through two vineyards. On the day the event provides free parking, tea and coffee, sandwiches and soup, and toilets.

Entries, medals and virtual option

Entry fees are stated as: Race Entry £29.00; Virtual UK Entry £25.00; Virtual Overseas Entry £39.00. All entry fees are non-refundable. A reduced charity entry option is available for £10.00 subject to a minimum fundraising requirement. Race bibs are collected at registration; paid finishers receive a race medal on crossing the line. Virtual entrants receive a personalised virtual bib and may submit proof of their run (Strava, device photo or social upload) for medal posting. Join the 12 Drummers Drumming Run on 18 December 2025 at Pengethley Manor, Ross on Wye for off road laps through vineyards with a cheeky hill each circuit. Pick a distance from 5k to ultra and enjoy a friendly walkers and runners vibe.

Celebrate early with The Early Christmas Present, a timed loop along the peaceful Stroud Waterways canal where you can run from 5k up to ultra on flat towpath. Limited places, bespoke finisher memento and virtual entry available.
