The Gluttonous Run

The Gluttonous Run is part of the Seven Deadly Sins race series and takes place at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye. Entrants choose a target distance and must complete it within a seven hour time limit. The route is offroad, entirely within the manor grounds, and uses 2.5k laps that include a hill on each lap and a series of up and downs through two vineyards. The event is open to walkers and runners; under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

There is a virtual option that can be completed any day during January; virtual entrants receive a personalised virtual bib and a medal once a submitted run is verified. Proof options include a photo of a GPS device, Strava upload, or social media upload. Race and virtual medals are the same design and each race day has a unique medal themed around the Seven Deadly Sins; some medal types or colours may sell out.
