The Gluttonous Run is part of the 7 Deadly Sins race series and takes place on 16 January 2026 at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). Entrants choose one target distance from the options below and have a 7 hour time limit to complete their chosen distance. Each lap of the course is 2.5 km. The event is open to walkers and runners. The majority of the route is offroad and contained within the grounds of Pengethley Manor; the course includes a short hill on each lap and a sequence of ups and downs through two vineyards. Free parking, tea and coffee, sandwiches and soup, and toilets are listed as available on the day.

Entry, medals and virtual option

Race entry is priced at £29.00. Virtual UK entry is £25.00 and virtual overseas entry is £39.00. All entry fees are non refundable. A free entry option via the organiser’s Strava club is offered, but only paid entries receive a medal. Each race day has a unique medal themed around the Seven Deadly Sins; race medals are awarded on completion and virtual medals are posted after run verification. Virtual runs may be completed on any day in January with a minimum distance of 5k; verification can be by a photo of a device, joining the organiser’s Strava group, or uploading to their Facebook page. Join the 12 Drummers Drumming Run on 18 December 2025 at Pengethley Manor, Ross on Wye for off road laps through vineyards with a cheeky hill each circuit. Pick a distance from 5k to ultra and enjoy a friendly walkers and runners vibe.
