The Farm Loop - Wolds Edition is a six-hour looped trail event on Sunday 4 January 2026 near South Elkington Village (postal code LN11 0RX). The route is an approximate 5.45 km loop with about 71 metres of elevation. The course surface includes mud, roots and large puddles. Participants may complete as many laps as they choose within the six-hour period.

Logistics and rules

Minimum age to enter is 18. Entry fees are tiered: £35 (standard), £40 from 04/12/2025, and £50 from 01/01/2026. There is a single aid station located at the start/finish area offering mainly whole foods such as jelly babies, fudge, cake and cheese straws; runners may leave clearly labelled personal fuel at that station. No plastic bottles or paper cups will be provided, so participants must bring a reusable cup or bottle. Limited parking is available at two locations about 200 m and 400 m from the event; detailed parking information will be provided closer to the date. A bag drop shelter or gazebo may be provided but items are left at the owner’s discretion. Dogs are not permitted. Finisher medals and goody bags are awarded to those who complete at least one lap.
