The Hardwolds 80 is an 80-mile route along the Wolds Way from Hessle to Filey, scheduled for 22 to 23 November 2025. The course passes through chalk landscapes with dry valleys, wildlife, market towns and villages including Brantingham, Londesborough, Thixendale and the deserted medieval village of Wharram Percy, finishing at the seaside resort of Filey. Competitors have 24 hours to complete the 80 miles. The event is organised by Hardmoors. Entries opened 15 December 2024 and closed 31 October 2025. The minimum age is 18. Race details

Solo entry fees were listed as early-bird £142 unattached and £140 for UKA/ARC affiliated runners, rising to £157/£155 from 1 May 2024; relay teams were priced at £185. Entry includes a tracker and a £1 donation to the Wolds Way National Trail. A coach service is available to transport runners who park in Filey to the race start at Hessle for a fee of £25. Each competitor may use up to two non-returnable drop bags. Water is provided at every manned checkpoint and food at various checkpoints, including hot drinks and hot food at indoor checkpoints. Competitors may run supported or unsupported. Finishers receive a race medal and a finisher T-shirt. An optional refund cover (XCover) is offered.
